fashon shoot!

i finally had the opportunity to photograph something other than a concert. don't get me wrong, i love shooting shows, but it was nice to have a change and a new challenge. i went to the CKM Junior Prom Fashion Show on friday, organized by my brilliant friend Emily Rose. also, brian was modeling a tux, so it was just an added bonus to work with some of my favorite people. here are some of the pictures. all of the couples looked beautiful, although some more beautiful than others. im excited to get a chance to photograph more things like this!

emily and i ventured to San Francisco on saturday for portfolio day and prom dress shopping. we got a ton of literature about art schools we are interested in. neither of us had actual portfolios to get assessed but we saw what the whole thing is about and what it will be like next year. i also found out about a summer program i can do and get college credits for it. here are some pictures of emily i took in the back rooms of CCA.
